The money you are donating is yours or you have permission to send it.
All donations are FINAL. No refund. Never.
We MAY be able to give you a gift/bonus in-game, as a appericiation of your donation.
We still reserve the right to give you nothing in return.
IF you have received any in-game gift/bonus. We are NOT responsible for losing it [1].
Invalid donations or chargebacks will result atleast [2] in account termination.
Donating / Purchasing does not prevent you from breaking any rule (offline or in-game).
We reserve the right to change any of our terms of service at any time.

A violation of the Donation Rules may lead to temporary banishment of characters and accounts. In severe cases removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined by the gamemaster imposing the banishment.

[1] Death, Lost access, Deleted, Lost in-game, Hacked, Punishment, Crashes or other bugs[3]for cheating or any other in-game violations etc. To prevent abuse, Thanks for your understanding.

[2] We will review every case. As it might be an error or intentional abuse. In case of intentional abuse we reserve the right to publicly post your information provided to us from the payment providers anywhere. e.g. chargebacks blacklist for future prevental abuse. [3] If any loss is from our side e.g. due to (excessive) bugs, we normally always recover it, no favouritism, No ignoring or whatever. This condition is only added because there are individuals who abuse chargeback with false claims.
